About the IMP;ACT SERVICE
The IMP;ACT Service is a dedicated team who work with the NHS supporting people who have attempted suicide to recover and find new ways to live.
IMP;ACT is a new service based at Open Minds, and funded by NHS England and the Local Authority, supporting service users who have attempted suicide within the last 12 months. The IMP;ACT team will be providing service users with support around acute life concerns that contribute to increased negative thoughts, suicidal thinking and ideation. The aim is to build coping skills and a social environment to help prevent future suicide attempts.
How do I access the service?
An NHS medical professional can refer you to the IMP;ACT Team with your consent.
